For this special project, we started with a Naut-style case known for its robust yet elegant design. Its balanced proportions perfectly complement the intricate details of the Kanagawa dial by DLW. The dial brings Hokusai’s masterpiece to life with vivid details and an impeccable finish, capturing the movement of the waves in miniature.
Strapping It All Together
To complete the aesthetic, the client selected a white rubber strap. This choice adds a contemporary touch while echoing the frothy crests of the waves depicted on the dial. The strap’s versatility ensures the watch is not only a statement piece but also comfortable for everyday wear.
